Terms of Service:

General:

- Upon commissioning me, I will send you a WIP* of your order. Once you confirm it is good and you are still wishing to proceed with the commission, I will then send you an invoice through Paypal (or set up a commission widget on DeviantArt if your payment method is Points) for you to pay before I go any further to completion. Once this invoice has been paid, you MAY NOT get a refund for ANY REASON, nor may you file a chargeback. I'm more than willing to change anything that needs changing, but under no circumstance will you be able to ask for a refund.
- Either before or after you pay, depending on the commission, and at my discrepency, I will provide you a timeframe that I will be able to complete your commission within. I will always complete your commission if you have made your payment.
- I do not accept payment plans. After the WIP has been sent and you are ready to pay, I expect the entirety of the sum of your commission to be paid in full before I finish your commission.
- I have the right to refuse a commission without explanation if I do not wish to draw your subject.
- My art is to only be used for personal reasons, such as printing it out to stick on your wall, to add to your private art collection, etc. Under no circumstance may my art be used commercially, widely distributed, put up onto websites to make a profit from it, printed and sold on merchandise or as prints, etc. If you wish to commission me with the intention of using the art in a commercial capacity, or hiring me to do work for one of your projects, let me know before you go ahead and order a commission and I will work with you to sort out prices and artworks.
- My art MAY NOT be traced, copied, gridded, heavily referenced, or otherwise replicated in any way. Under no circumstance are you to claim my art or any aspect of my art (besides, of course, the character/subject matter) as your own. If you do not own the subject matter of the art, or you are not the person who commissioned the art, you may not use any aspect of my art without explicit permission from both myself and the commissioner.
- Do not repost my art outside of Deviantart for any reason without gaining my permission first. If permission is granted, you must properly credit me as the artist, and leave a link back to the original post or at least one of my social media accounts within the description of your repost.
- I only accept USD or the equivalent value in Deviantart Points (100 Points = $1USD). USD payments will be made via a Paypal invoice. Points payments will be made via the Deviantart commission widget.
- Any character on this page are all copyrighted to their respective owners.
- By commissioning me you agree to these rules. Your choice to commission indicates that you have read and agree with every aspect of my Terms of Service. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in your immediate blacklist and/or block from me, and I will no longer accept any commissions from you.

* This rule does not apply to sketch-based commissions or 3D models. These commission types must be paid in full up front with no chance of refunds. WIPs will be provided throughout, but you will not receive an initial WIP.

What I Will Draw:

- Any of your real or fictional characters

- Feral and anthropomorphic characters

- Humans and humanoids

- Minor gore

- Complex and simple character designs

- Almost anything else that is not stated within the 'What I Won't Draw' section.

What I Won't Draw:

- Fetishes

- NSFW content, including nudity and gore-heavy subjects

- Copyrighted characters that do not belong to you, or who you do not have permission to use, eg: Pikachu, Spyro, Sonic, Toothless, etc.

- Bronies and Sonic OCs

- Anything that promotes hate, violence or discrimination, or anything that is morally wrong.

Design Rules:

- For the original artwork of any designs that you receive or commission from me, all of the rules listed here apply.

- The designs themselves may be used for whatever you like. I'm really not fussed on what you do with them once you own them; they are yours to do with as you please. Feel free to use them for commercial or personal purposes.

- Do not resell one of my designs for more than you bought it without additional art to add to it's value; and then, please be fair as to how much that total comes to.

- Give credit where credit is due. Please credit me on any references you make of the character, and if you use it commercially please give appropriate credit to me for being the original designer. If used commercially, please also notify me of where the character has been used. I want to check it out! :)

Commission Types

Pixels

- I consider simple animations to be bounces, eye blinks, tail wags, and paw raises. Anything outside of this will most likely fall into the complex animation category unless I quote you otherwise.
- Icons are only headshots of your character. I do not do fullbody icons. Icons will be 50x50 pixels.

- Pagedolls are fullbodies of your character. Pagedoll canvas size varies, but will usually be 200x200 pixels.

- Group icons are 150x50 pixels.

Icons (50x50px):

Stationary/Static: $1.10
Simple Animated: $2.20
Complex Animated: $5.00 - $8.00

Group Icons:

Stationary/Static: $1.40

Animated: $2.00 - $6.00

Linked Icons (100x50px joined, 50x50px separate):

Stationary/Static: $1.75
Simple Animated: $3.00
Complex Animated: $5.50 - $15.50 [price HIGHLY depends on the animation wanted. Prices may rise if the animation wanted is extremely complex.]

Pagedolls (150x150px or larger):

Stationary/Static: $3.00

Simple Animated: $5.00

Complex Animated: $8.00 - $15.00 [price HIGHLY depends on the animation wanted. Prices may rise if the animation wanted is extremely complex.]

Talkscreen: $15.00

[Includes: Halfbody only, two frame animation (bob and open mouth) + moving arrows. May include a blink if desired.]

Battlescreen: $20.00 - $30.00

[Depends on the animation wanted. Fullbody only, more frames for animation, things are smoother than the talkscreen.]

Coloured Sketches

- In most cases, the WIP I send will be the lines for this type of commission. These will be flat coloured unless you purchase shading.

- A background can be added for $3.50 extra. Single-colour or gradients backgrounds can be added for free.

- These are all lined and unshaded. Shading will not be accepted for these commissions.

- The finished model will be uploaded to Sketchfab once complete so you can examine the model yourself.
